Hybrid Athlete

I was never the one who settled for norms set as standards. Simply, I wanted to run, lift weights, play football, be mobile and flexible and build a body which doesn’t break easily. As I embarked on my journey what I said above wasn’t in the picture. I just wanted to workout and naturally for someone living in India especially if you are a guy the natural direction would be the gym. So, for two years all I did was pump weights days a week, I got stronger and bigger but something was lacking, I had lost mobility and freedom of movement. It especially took a toll on football. So, I play football almost 5 days a week.
