Many programs out there offer only weight loss options PROJECT HYBRID WARRIOR focuses on improving movement capacity along with which you will lose weight. We follow a science driven approach to get results. No trial and error method. A good training program isn’t fancy or complicated but it needs to be smart.

What types of results have our clients got?

From running their first marathons, to losing a ton of weight to working on injury rehabilitation we have got various results for our clients. We’ve got clients from different sport backgrounds such as football, basketball, tennis, running, etc. Most importantly they become strong and capable human beings.

Absolutely yes. We have clients from different backgrounds/experience/age. All you have to do is stick to the plan.

Yes. This program is specifically designed to make you an efficient and robust human being first. This program has worked for athletes from different disciplines. The program focuses on developing the fundamentals of athletic training which will be applied to every sport. If you become a better athlete you are most likely to become better at your sport too. No tricks.

Will the program help with injuries and pain?

Firstly, you must be cleared by a doctor if you’re injured. Yes. We have successfully rehabilitated various injuries: ankles, knees, hips, back, shoulders, etc. A special program will be designed for you in case you suffer from an injury.

How long do I stay on the program to see results?

Results come from a good plan executed well over time. We do not sell quick fixes and magic pills. We recommend staying at least a year to see lasting results. Most of our clients stick with us for years.

Can I join the program even if I’m not an athlete?

Yes

Yes. Many clients who aren’t athletes can benefit from working on the fundamentals. Which improves body composition, movement quality and strength.

What equipment do I need?

Not necessary

The program is flexible but we do recommend access to barbells and dumbbells. Otherwise, we have programs using body weight training and the use of resistance bands.

How does it work?

Once you sign up and make some form of payment. You will receive access to a Google Drive. In that we have a master sheet, workout library and a customised workout plan which you can access to workout.

We will be in touch via WhatsApp. Monitor your progress daily. We will ask you to shoot videos so we can assess the form. And we will get on a consultation call monthly or when necessary.
